These terms govern your use of fleekfintech.com and of Fleek CRM. Sections 1 to 10 apply to this website. Section 11 applies to an organisation that uses Fleek CRM, and is accepted by that organisation’s administrator together with our Data Processing Addendum. By browsing this site or submitting the contact form, you agree to Sections 1 to 10.
1. About this website
fleekfintech.com is the corporate/marketing website for Fleek Fintech’s products: AdvisorOS, Fleek Financial Planning and Fleek CRM. This site is informational — it doesn’t provide financial advice, and using it doesn’t create a client, advisory, or contractual relationship between you and Fleek Fintech.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, feature comparisons, or blog content — is investment, tax, or legal advice, and shouldn’t be relied on as such. Fleek Fintech is a technology company; AdvisorOS, Fleek Financial Planning and Fleek CRM are software tools used by SEBI-registered advisors and AMFI-registered mutual fund distributors, who remain separately responsible for the advice they give their own clients.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its underlying systems
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content through the contact form
- Scrape, copy, or republish this site’s content at scale without our permission
4. Intellectual property
The Fleek Fintech name, logo, and all text, graphics, and design on this website are owned by Fleek Fintech (or used under license) and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages from this site for personal or business reference, but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content without our written permission.
5. Third-party links
This site links to third-party destinations, including advisor.fleekfinance.in (our own advisor portal) and external sites. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site we link to.
6. No warranty
This website is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information on it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fleek Fintech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

10. Contact us

11. Fleek CRM service agreement
11.1 The service
Fleek CRM lets a business import and manage contacts, send them WhatsApp and email messages with their permission, receive replies in a shared Inbox, and book calls. We provide it as a subscription (“the Service“). Features and limits depend on your plan (for example the number of users, contacts, WhatsApp numbers and daily or monthly sends) and are shown on your Billing page.
11.2 Your account
- The person who accepts these Terms confirms they have authority to bind the Customer. The organisation administrator manages users and is responsible for what the organisation’s users do in the Service.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
- Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date, including your firm’s name, address and registration number, which appear in the footer of your emails.
11.3 Fees, autopay and extras
- The plan fee is shown on your Billing page and is charged in advance for each period through autopay (a recurring payment mandate with our payment provider). Prices are exclusive of GST and other taxes unless we say otherwise.
- A plan includes a number of emails each month. You can buy more at any time on demand, at the rate shown to you before you pay.
- Plan changes, including upgrades and downgrades, take effect at the end of the current period, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops further charges and ends access at the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails or autopay is not set up, we may limit or suspend sending until it is fixed.
11.4 WhatsApp and email
- WhatsApp. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and number through Meta. You must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies. Meta bills WhatsApp conversation charges directly to you, separately from Fleek. Meta decides your account’s messaging limits and quality rating, and can restrict or suspend a number; we do not control this and are not responsible for Meta’s decisions. WhatsApp message templates are approved by Meta before they can be used, and we cannot guarantee approval or timing.
- Email. You send from your own domain, which you verify by adding DNS records. You are responsible for that domain and for keeping its records in place.
- Limits. We apply sending limits so that your reputation, and the shared systems we use to send, stay healthy. A send can take several days when it is larger than your daily limit.
11.5 Permission, acceptable use and your responsibilities
You must use the Service lawfully and only to contact people you are permitted to contact. In particular:
- Import only contacts you have a lawful basis to message, and keep the evidence. When you import a list you tell us whether you hold evidence of permission; that statement must be true.
- Do not upload purchased, scraped or rented lists, or the data of people who have not dealt with you or agreed to hear from you.
- Do not send misleading, unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages, promise or guarantee investment returns, or send anything your professional regulator (such as SEBI or AMFI) does not allow. You are responsible for the content of your messages and for your own regulatory compliance and registrations. Fleek is software and does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
- Honour opt-outs. Do not try to bypass the stops that Fleek CRM applies when a person says No, replies STOP, unsubscribes, or an address or number is blocked.
- Do not upload sensitive financial identifiers, government ID numbers, health data, or the data of children.
- Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to send spam or malware.
11.6 Suspension and ending the service
We may limit, pause or suspend sending, or the account, without notice where this is needed to protect the Service or other customers, or if: you break these Terms; complaint, bounce or block rates become high enough to harm delivery; Meta or an email provider restricts your account; a payment is not made; or the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first. You can stop using the Service at any time (see “Fees”). Either of us may end the agreement for serious breach.
11.7 Your data
Your contacts and messages belong to you. How we handle them is set out in the Data Processing Addendum, including that Fleek staff do not read your data except in an audited exception you can see and end, that you can export your contacts at any time, and that after you cancel we keep your data for one month and then delete it. How we handle our own information about your organisation and staff is in our Privacy Policy.
11.8 Our service, availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it depends on providers we do not control (including Meta, email providers and hosting) and may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and we do not offer a service-level credit unless your order says so. Support is by email at contact@fleekfinance.in and by phone on +91 8956506362 from 10 am to 5 pm India time.
We own the Service and its software. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your own business during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve it.
11.9 Warranty, liability and indemnity
- To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and we give no warranties beyond those in these Terms.
- To the extent the law allows, Fleek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill, and our total liability for anything arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the [12] months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- You will cover Fleek’s reasonable losses arising from a claim that your contact list, your messages or your breach of these Terms caused (for example a complaint that you messaged someone without permission).
11.10 Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for this agreement, except where the law requires disclosure.
11.11 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms or the DPA. Each version is numbered and dated at the top. For a material change we will email your organisation administrator and ask them to accept the new version in Fleek CRM; if you do not accept, you may cancel before it takes effect.
11.12 Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of India. The courts of Pune have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to contact@fleekfinance.in or through the Contact page. Fleek Fintech LLP, Pinnacle, The Woods, Wakad, Pune 411057, India.
